Lauren Schmidt
Stanford '11
Boise Director
Lauren Schmidt originally hails from Bay Shore, NY where she played for the Yellow Jacket Club Team. She then played at D1 Stanford University, where she was a 4 year starter, 2 year captain, All American, 2 time Conference Player of the Year, and lead the team to four Conference Championships and several NCAA appearances.
She also played on the US National Team, and for Team STX, the precursor to the Professional Women's League.
She coached at D1 Fresno State and UC Berkeley, where she oversaw the Defense, Midfield and Draw Circle. She also coached 2x Conference Player of the Year Megan Tackas at Cal.
Lauren left Cal to work with the then-fledgling Bearlax/Tenacity Club Team. She oversaw the growth of Tenacity from a few teams in the Bay Area to 16 teams in California, and coached countless players to have the opportunity to play collegiate lacrosse at every level.

Lily Shalz
University of Oregon '22
Timberline White Team Coach
Local Boise Star Lily Shalz is returning for the summer to work with our camps, clinics and as the Co-Coach of the Timberline Black Team.
​
Lily had a distinguished career at Bishop Kelly, where she was recruited to play at Division 1 University of Oregon.
​
Lily's sophomore year was cut short, but in an abridged season she was able to start in all 7 games, was one of eight players in the Pac-12 with double-digit draw controls and ground balls. She had 5 or more draw controls in two games, and tied for 2nd on the team with 6 caused turnovers and 10 ground balls.
​
Lily played in all 18 games her freshman year and started in 11, an unheard of feat for a freshman. As a defender she picked up 16 ground balls over the course of the season, and won 18 draw controls for the Ducks.
Abby Escandon
Fort Lewis College '21
Timberline White Team Coach
Abby Escandon returns to Boise after a distinguished career at DII Fort Lewis in Colorado. Abby will be coaching Timberline camps, clinics and as the Co-Head Coach of the Timberline White Team.

Serving as both an attacker and a midfielder at Fort Lewis, Abby was the leading scorer her senior year, and was one of the top scorers in the RMAC. She was voted First Team All-RMAC after leading her team to the conference semi-final game. She also garnered All-Academic awards in the 2021 season.
​
Abby won 2 State Championships while playing for Rocky Mountain High School in Boise, was a part of several All-Star teams and was a four year starter.
Maddie Northcut
Regis University
Timberline Black Team Coach
Maddie Northcut returns to Boise after graduating early with Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Maddie will be the head Coach of the Timberline Green Team.
She has played lacrosse for twelve years, four years on Eagle High School’s Varsity Women’s Lacrosse team, seven years on various summer club teams, and played three years in NCAA DII Women’s Lacrosse at Regis as an attacker and midfielder.
At Regis she won two RMAC conference championships and appeared in two NCAA DII tournaments. She earned 2x RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll and five semesters on the Academic Deans List in the Anderson College of Business and Computing. She accumulated 30 goals, 10 Assists, and 13 ground balls in her collegiate career.
Kali Ronhovdee
Boise State
Originally from Boise, Idaho, Kali started playing lacrosse in the 6th grade and was a starting varsity freshman for Boise High, captain her senior year, and nominated to play in the Idaho All Star games and the HS National Tournament. She was a player and captain for Lauren Schmidt’s first Timberline team in 2018. It has been an amazing experience to learn and grow and to now become a coach for the same team that she loved as a player. Kali is now a practice player for Boise State University Women’s Lacrosse Club as she pursues a bachelor’s in Biology.
Katie Greer
Washington State '18
Timberline Black Head Coach
​Katie Greer was born and raised in Sammamish, Washington where she attended Skyline High school and played lacrosse for Issaquah Girls Lacrosse. She was recruited to play at Lindenwood University in St. Louis Missouri and was named an WCLA D2 All-American her junior year after transferring to play at Washington State University. Along the way, she served as the President of WSU Women's Lacrosse Club for 3 years and took the team to win multiple regional championships.
Katie graduated from Washington State in 2018 with her BS in Kinesiology and minor in Strength and Conditioning. From there, she attended Pima Medical Institute in Seattle WA to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Before moving to Boise, Katie was the Girls Program Director for Seattle Starz Lacrosse club and the head coach for Issaquah Varsity Girls lacrosse. She is passionate about growing the sport of lacrosse and will be getting involved with coaching and training in the Treasure Valley.
In her free time, you can find Katie mountain biking, hiking with her husband and black lab Gunner, or trying out a local coffee shop or restaurant.
Emma Jarrett
Regis University & Montana State
​Emma Jarrett was born and raised in Bozeman Montana, where she started her lacrosse career. She was named an all-state player in high school as well as attacker of the year in 2017 and midfielder of the year in 2018. She led the state in overall points and assists. She continued her playing career at Regis University, a D2 school in Denver where she appeared in 12 games and attended the semifinals of the D2 national championship with her team. Her career was cut short after some health issues from which she has since fully recovered. Emma played with the Timberline Lacrosse Club the first year it was created. And is now so excited to continue to be a part of the program as a coach. Emma is currently attending Montana State where she is pursuing her mechanical engineering degree and playing on the club team.
Alyssa Dunlap
Vanderbilt '14
Following her playing career at Vanderbilt Division I Women's lacrosse, Dunlap spent two years (2014-2016) as an active coach for the Stanford University women's lacrosse program where she worked primarily on the defensive end. During that time, Dunlap was also the Director of Treelax Lacrosse Club, an elite national level travel team, founded by Amy Bokker, Head Coach of Stanford Division I Women's Lacrosse since 2009.
Alyssa Dunlap was a four year starter at Vanderbilt University. She was captain both her junior and senior years. She received IWLCA All-West Region selection in 2014 and was named to the All-American Lacrosse Conference 1st team.
Alyssa was a two-time 1st team All-American and Under Armour All-American her senior year in high school. Alyssa graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014 with a degree in Corporate Leadership.
She currently resides in the Bay Area where she is the Co-owner of Verve Lacrosse & Timberline Lacrosse. In her free time, Alyssa trains for ultra marathons. She has raced both the 50 Mile distance and 100k distance.
